It marks me the following error when wanting to enter with my accesses:

An error has occurred processing your request.

I hope it is resolved soon.

I cannot login to my account either. Sometimes the signin page returns "An error has occurred processing your request." and sometimes just a blank page is returned. At one point I got to the following screen but the button changed from "Standby" to "Error".

i am able to login to cpanel ok and access cpanel
with firefox 52.9 esr using https://x10hosting.com/sso/login
i can also access my ftp just fine.
im not seeing any errors on my end.
Maybe be sure your cookies and temp files are deleted,
dont use any ad blocking add-on's, maybe try a different browser.

if you still cannot access the cpanel you can try x10 hosting's
https://x10hosting.com/contact-us section to report your problem.
as you may get better results for those issues since the forum support
is mostly based on volunteer help and dont have access
to fix any server issues.
