Can anyone help me on what to do? I can't login to my hosting account after creating it. I created an account name and password but after checking my email to confirm the transaction, I couldn't login to the account. It keeps telling me the account username doesn't exist.
There is no link on the page to complain about a forgotten username. Although, I know i didn't forget. I just created this. Maybe I miss typed something else. I just want to find a way to retrieve the username or create another one.
The thing is I can't create another except I have to create another account with the site altogether.
