i can't open a support ticket - gateway timeout

Hey guys (corey),
First off - I can't open a ticket from my account...so I have to post here. Issue - I have been getting 504 gateway timeout errors for the last 4 days when i try to log into my back end or do work there. Also it is just slow to load pages on the back end. I've also been having a hard time loading some back end pages because a script is timing out or making my browser run really slowly - not sure if there is a connection there - Is the script not loading from the server?

You do not have a hosting account attached to your current forum account. What is your cPanel username?

I strongly suspect that OP may have premium hosting account.

Sorry I don't know what was going on - I don't understand why my username/password combo on my paid account is different then the one for the forum - I got confused and maybe used the wrong user name :( sorry!
I've submitted a ticket on my 504 Gateway timeout issues.

The paid ticket system is on a completely different system than the free forum/ticket system.
Most people who do free tickets don't have any kind of access to paid tickets.
