I can't park my domain !

My subdomain: rcc.x10hosting.com
When i try to park my own domain, why does it say: Error from park wrapper: d5icon.net is owned by another user. ???
This problem appear when the administrator has changed my hosting server (vox -> stoli)
I need help ! Thank you.
