I can't park my own domain

i get this message :

my domain that i want to use : nurulmadani.co.cc

my site : nurulmadani.x10hosting.com
cPanel username : madani

Please make sure the nameservers are pointed to "ns1.x10hosting.com" and "ns2.x10hosting.com"
