For some reason, I'm now able to reply to my support topic in the 'Free Hosting' support section. It says that I do not have permission to do so.

To prevent thread hi-jacking where everyone just says "I have this same issue" or starts a new issue in someone else's thread. You need a certain post level to reply to others' threads in Free Hosting.

Do you mean you're unable to even reply to your own threads?

I observed that If we(free hosting subscribers) post a support ticket from admin panel,it comes into Free hosting forum.
Only community support is able to help.Not every one.Thats a nice thing that Brian says.To stop Hi-jacking.
