I do think we have the same problem.

I can't see my site and the green default page by cPanel keeps on coming out instead of my cksc2k3.com...the thing is, my friends can open the site and it works perfectly..

when did this happen?
- ok, at first I can still open my site and browse through it..then once i logged into my host account and change something, such as database update etc...
- next thing happened was i went out for lunch then when i came back.. refreshed the site and there you go.. the cPanel appears the green page saying "Great Success... etc."

weird thing is that both of my pc's w/c that have logged into my host account does the same thing...cPanel default page always shows up instead of my site contents, but other than those 2..the site works fine w/ others.

i can't figure this out..really weird...im not sure if this scenario makes sense..anyway are there any cases same as mine?

hello cksc2k3,
In order to log into the cPanel page you have to specify port number 2082, watch for caching programs or cache in web browsers, since
weird thing is that both of my pc's w/c that have logged into my host account does the same thing...cPanel default page always shows up instead of my site contents, but other than those 2..the site works fine w/ others.
Please remember to logout properly and always check the port number at the end of the address string.
Edit:
hello Juan4Ever,
i think your problem started when creating the subdomin. if u follow the steps bellow i guess you will see the difference
  1. click on Subdomains in Domains category
  2. name the subdomain ex: holo.xml.exofire.net
  3. remember to fill in the name of the Document Root name which must go under /public_html/ or /www/ ex: /public_html/holo.
  4. then click create.
you can use redirection option for example of u want to redirect to another site maybe another subdomain its your choice.

to manage the files you go to the Document Root of your subdomin and index it, and i mean by the create an index.php, html cgi etc.

but before all this if you have an error go to the Subdomins and delete all them all.

I hope i've been helpfull

Hi vlucan,

thanks for the advice, but i dont remember putting :2028 at the end of my url so that shouldn't go to cPanel. What the page displays is the default page. try http://ns1.x10hosting.com most probably you'll see the green page saying apache is installed etc. etc.

Im not sure if what is really the problem, but right now im using my pc again and the site contents loaded fine. I'll try to log on to my account and try to examine it, i hope it wouldn't occur again.

Another thing was sometimes www.cksc2k3.com works and cksc2k3.com doesn't..

anyway thanks again! ^_^

For both of these problems, clear your temp files, your cache, restart your computer. Also do a hard refresh, depending what you're running hold down CTRL+F5 or SHIFT+F5
