I have initiated a removal of your account's suspension - this should take effect shortly (probably by the end of me typing this message...)
You were suspended for inactivity. It is a requirement that you login to the x10Hosting Portal (http://x10hosting.com/account) once every month to keep your account active; posting is never required. You're able to unsuspend yourself immediately via the Portal in future.
Note that you need to upload a homepage for your site. And also, phpMyAdmin is available through cPanel at https://4b0ut.x10.mx:2083/ - you do not need to install it yourself.
