I can't update my PHPBB3.8 to 3.9 !

Hello ,

I'm a french and i install PHPBB , but not with Softaculus , because this is a English version . I install PHPBB in manual , with my FTP ... Today , i want update my PHPBB3.8 to PHPBB3.9 ... The steps 1 , 2 and 3 are succefuled completed . But , the step 4 was not effectued because i have this message .

please try updating it again, if it doesn't work this time, re-upload the files of phpBB 3.8 and then goto http://phpbb.com/ and get the update package, then install that over the top of your existing forum.
