I'm new, i have my account but in Cpanel i can't do any thing with "mail", "Files" (FTP access) or install software like joomla or any other available here.
In FTP it says "Disk quota exceed" and I'm using 0/512MB....
About Mail, I can't create any one. Same error.
And, when i click on "Softaculous" (i supposed it's some thing like "Fantastico") The browser sends me the php file.
How can I solve this issues?
