I can't upload php files

When I try to upload .php files, there comes a message from filezilla :"552 Disk full - please upload later"
But my Disk is totally free, this is a new unused account.
Where is the problem, may you can help me?

You don't have a disk, you have space on the disk. It's not your account that's full, it's the server disk. Staff are working on fixing the problem -- please be patient.
