I can't use my prime membership. I tried to put as file and a folder using legacy file manager and FTP and this error appeared - "Unable to change directory to /home/chad0506/public_html! You do not seem to have access permissions! (System Error: No such file or directory) in /home/chad0506/public_html". I can't use my domain pointed here until now. Please help.
