If u have a backup - u can restore it...
Otherwise you can just recreate the folder public_html and place your website files in it again using FTP or File Manager.

Hello,

mraz above suggestion won't work, as you won't be able to configure the new folder properly as the webserver needs. However, I've gone and set the permissions up for your public_html folder and it should function now.
