I deleted my file manager. help

Hi,

I know it's stupid, but i'm a newbee!
I deleted the files in the file manager, such as public, mail and other files who were there in the beginning.

Is it possible to get these files back in my file manager.
The only file is my new index.html.

Can you please help me ?

I recreated your public_html folder. Put files in this folder that you want people to be able to see.
