Why not change the IPB theme for logging as well, it doesnt follow the rest of the site, the red and white does not.

i like it.. except the whole deal when you mouse over the very top or the very bottom of the page. You know, when that pop up shows up.

About your site,
your main age does not have symmetric menus try making them filled up!!
there are a lot of empty forums on you site, you may need to fill them up or it looks like the site is empty, distribute your posts across the site!!
