I did not want to cancel my vps, but it got canceled anyway?

I sent in a cancellation request for my VPS. I found that some of the programs I wanted to run were not working on it, so I decided to cancel it. I soon found out it was my fault for it, thus the reason I don't want to cancel. I have already sent in a ticket to un-cancel my vps. But now I can't even connect to it. Please Help.
