I don't think the problem is with the servers themselves. I have a site on Cossacks that is a Joomla! CMS site. I mean, even when the servers appear to be down,(browser timeouts) I can still access my site through the control panel and ftp. I can view the files, but can access it with a browser.

If it was a straight HTML site I don't think there would be a problem, but it cant call up the PHP from the Mysql database.

I am only speculating, so if I need correcting, please corect me.
