I don't know why my site load very very slowly

Pls help me. Since my host is unsuppended, my site load very very slowly, My visitor complain very much about speed load off my site.

I haven't been suspended but when I woke up today I had received an email saying my database was down. I went and checked out my site and it was back online however it (still) is moving very very slow.

I believe/hope they are working on something right now.

I don't understand. I use wordpress and my site is found for 4 days. To day my host is suppended twice because
