I don't want a subdomain!

I am trying to create undeception.com, and pulling that up gets me the "Welcome to your new x10Hosting Account" page. But anything else I upload is only viewable under the pcriot subdomain, which I never requested or set up (at one time I was using x10hosting.com). All this in spite of my account manager saying:
Primary Domain:http://undeception.com

cPanel URL:http://undeception.com:2082

Are subdomains necessary for free accounts?

You need to add this domain in the add on domains, or parked domains.

What is the previous pcriot.com address?

It looks like http://undeception.com is loading the correct website for me right now.
