I get a "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" on my page and cPanel

Hello good folks at x10hosting.com. This is my first post here. I've tried several times to enter my web page and i keep getting an error on both the page an the cPanel login page, like they're not there. The cPanel login page is on the chopin server. Any ideas anyone? Server down perhaps? I can access my account panel and i get "you account is in good standing" message, but i cant see the server status. Anyway, thanks in advance.

Edit: page is alive again. I guess it was coz of the cPanel upgrade. Thanks folks
