I got deleted due to inactivity, should I sign up again?

I got deleted due to inactivity, Is there anyway to reopen another account with this same email? should I just sign up again?

Login to your account panel https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php with your current forum username and password, and then follow the links there to sign up for a new account. Doing it this way will connect your forum account with your new hosting account instantly, and with your current email.
