I Got Suspended????

amf66, you likely got suspended due to "inactivity." This has nothing to do with your website. You are required by the rules to visit the forums once every two weeks. If you didn't, that is why your account got suspended.
To protect yourself from this happening again, set forums.x10hosting.com as your start page and save your log-in data so that it logs you in automatically. Since you do not have to post anything, this will protect you from this happening again.
This very same thing happened to me, and the reason it did is because I didn't read the rules. As aggravating as it is, we have no one to blame but ourselves. lol.
Like I said I was suspended once, months ago. Since then, this has never happened again. Stay with x10, you'll learn to love it just as I do!

I tried to look up site on your public profile, johnnie, but it's not there. Your ftp address is ftp.johnnie.x10hosting.com. You would change the "johnnie" part to the subdomain you signed up with.
Your account will likely as not re-activate by itself. Usually once you log-in to the forum after a period of inactivity, your site will automatically reactivate. I don't know what will happen right now, as there is a lot of work being done on the servers, so it may not happen that way.
If it does not reactivate on its own, you can post a request here:

This is NOT the right place for this kind of thread. If you find yourself suspended follow these steps.
1. Log onto the forum
2. Select X10 from the top navigation bar
3. Click on 'Request Unsuspend'
4. Fill in the form as best you can
5. Wait for a staff member to contact you
6. Read the TOS and ensure you stick to it.
