When I went to downgrade my service plan to "advanced" another user's information: djselo.x10hosting.com and username: djselo Just to test I typed in my e-mail address and it said it was correct. I don't think I have a second account.

MY Account is:
Username: jeffrios
Site: survivorstuff.x10hosting.com

Did you accept and e-mails that came to you from x10 for hosting other than yours?

The two accounts djselo and jeffrios do not have the same email address... they are identical except on is @ AOL and one is @ G-Mail.
