i have 50 mb on tmp while i have 10 kb on public_html

after an account clean up (deleted a lot of files) i noticed that everything was empty and it still said 50 mb so i went to check it and this is what i seen:

why do i have so many mbs on tmp?

In that folder are some of the logs.
There are also the remnants of some file uploads you did through cPanel which you can delete.
