I have a problem with my Joomla

yesterday all was fine but today half of the functions has error 404,I had uninstall it and I did a new installation but it did not work.I need your help.Thank you

Well, in WordPress sometimes turning off SEO urls and then turning them back on again works when the SEO urls suddenly stop working.
In Joomla that would be in Admin --> Global Configuration. I have not tried this on Joomla.
