I have given the wrong email address.

Hi guys,

I have recently signed up for an account.
However, I have incorrectly typed in my email address and therefore, the confirmation code never got to my email address.
I could not edit my email address, as I think it requires me to supply the confirmation code in order for me to be able to edit my details.

Hence, is there a way that I can change my email address to the correct one in order to retrieve the confirmation code to activate my account?

Hello,

I have confirmed the email for you. You should be able to login now and change it.

I've tried to login to the Account Panel, but the following message came out:

The forum account you are logging into does not have an existing link to an x10Hosting hosting account.

Please be sure you are using the correct account to access x10Hosting's account management system. You should be using the forum account that you provided during the hosting account signup process. If you are not, this error is most likely the result.

If you have successfully logged into the account system in the past, this error may be the result of the hosting account no longer existing. If you have not accessed your x10Hosting account in an extended period of time, it may have been terminated with our inactivity policy.

If you've recently signed up to find that your account errored during creation, and you selected to "reattempt" or "cancel" your account signup, you will see this message until you sign up for an account again.

I am not able to reset my password, as I have entered in a wrong email address.
However, I am still able to login to the Forum.

Is there a solution to this?

Hi cywong,

It seems like there is no hosting account linked to the forum account that you are posting from right now. What is your hosting account's cPanel username? We can relink your forum and hosting accounts back together for you.

Hi,

I believe that the username is cywong, but I cannot confirm it since I haven't receive any activation emails.

Probably this problem is due to the fact that I haven't activated my account, as the email address I supplied earlier on was invalid.
I entered cywong@gmail.com, instead of cywong91@gmail.com.
