Is it possible to transfer on different server like
adFree Server (cossacks)

because the other server is always down.

I believe that the staff have stopped transferring accounts due to the amount of work it requires. Have some patience, as the staff is trying their best to fix the server. I'm dealing with downtime all the time at night, but it doesn't bug me, just as long as I can access my site within a few days
