Corey or another staff member will post an update as soon as he has apache recompiled. Once he has that done this should solve all the PHP download issues that you are all seeing. I will be closing all other threads and leaving this one open so please pay attention to this thread.

Creating multiple threads for the same issue just makes it rough on staff.
