Yeah, try the link Erik gave. Alternatively, you could just explore cPanel yourself and look at all the different functions. :)

I made a recommendation once that some sort of welcome/manual should be made for the accounts

Nevermind.

If you need help just ask us, what the feature does and we shall help!

Overview:
Covers the most important features

Mail/Web Mail: You can view your accounts mail from these/configure/ create new accounts.

Change Password: Self explanatory really! Allows you to change your password!

FTP Manager: Allows you to create/configure FTP accounts

File Manager: Allows you to manage your files online.

Sub-Domains: Allows you to create a sub-domain on your account. E.G. bah.youraccount.x10hosting.com

Password Protect Directories: Does what it says, stops other people from viewing these areas without a username and pass!

MySQL: Allows you to create databases for what ever reason. Allows access to phpMyAdmin through here as well.

HotLink Protection: Stops people from linking to files directly from your site.

IP Deny Manager: Stop certain IP Addresses from accessing your website.

Fantastico: A place where you can install many interesting scripts such as phpBB Forum software to Mambo/Joomla!

This is a basic overview of the most important features in cPanel, well what I think are anyway!

If you want to know what anything else does, then just ask, and we shall answer as best we can.

I hope this helps you!

Regards,

So far I have done all my website building in the file manager. I just made a new folder and and file, and then wrote the HTML straight in the "edit" section of that file

Is there another way? This is how I use to do it when I had my old account

You could make your site in notepad, then transfer it via a FTP program. I do that method.
