I killed my site

looks like my site crashed on the main domain after attempting an automatic wordpress upgrade I get the message below when accesing my site.

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare trackback_rdf() (previously declared in /home/murrayss/public_html/wp-includes/comment-template.php:747) in /home/murrayss/public_html/wp-includes/deprecated.php on line 2515

Please search this in google or ask wordpress support about this. Wordpress is a 3rd party script, and we don`t provide support for any 3rd party script.

Cheers Zubair I am now having trouble getting fantastico up through cpanel. I want to delete the Wordpress instalation on murraystewart.x10.bz then remove the WP Folders and do a fresh install, are you able to help?

Delete all of the folders in your public_html folder, excluding cgi-bin directory.Then install it using fantastico.

Problem is there is a second domain mixed in with it and I don't want to kill that one as well...

Delete wp-includes, wp-content and wp-admin directory.In folder of domain from where you want to remove your wordpress installation.If you don't remember the directory exactly then go to addon domains or subdomain section in cPanel and you can find the information where you pointed your other domain.So you can safely exclude that directory and delete other files and folders.
