I lost the link of my host

I have a host, but when I tried to log into my control panel, I was asked to link to my host account. Either my host account name "sunnysky" or my domain name "sunnysky.ElementFX.com" doesn't work. How could I relink my host account?

It seems you no longer have a cpanel as there's nothing for a staff member to see (we get slightly different screens).

I'd suggest opening a ticket - hopefully you do have a site back up - http://support.x10hosting.com/
