I messed up real bad!

My other username is Lunexplorer.

I had unknowingly linked my two accounts to the same forum username. But only the second account shows linked with Lunexplorer which, thanks to chris, is now unsuspended.

I made this new ID to link it to my previous account. cPanel username : ajayc. But now when I try to link it says no contact email set. I cant even login to my cpanel due to the current absolut problems!

HELP!

I wanted one for forums and the other for the main site. I didn't knew if there was such restriction

I am sorry if I am violating rules. But this site is very important. Its for a private aerospace org. and I have listed it on my college application. So they might be checking it anytime.

You can take the files and create a add on domain. Almost like having a second account. instead of it being www.yourdomain.com it might be www.page2.yourdomain.com or even www.yourdomainname.com/page2

Or what have you. We are strict on the multiple accounts. I have recently suspended probaly 90-100 or more people for multiple accounts.

So i would download the files on your second site. Let me know when you are done and tell me which site you want terminated and which site you wish to keep.

If you need help with creating an addon or sub domain ask around and there is plenty of help.

1. Download the files using your favourite FTP client, making sure to get all that you need. Backup any MySQL databases you may require, if you have used any.

2. Upload all files into a single folder in the account you want to keep.

3. Login to the account you're keeping via cPanel, and set up a subdomain (see below).

That's all there is to it, then post here once done, and an account manager will make your other account disappear. You may be suspended for a few days, but after that you'll be fine.

Creating A Subdomain
Right let's say you want forums... you could set up a subdomain called
http://forums.lunexplorer.elementfx.com for them.

Upload your needed files to a logically named folder, let's say you put them in public_html/forums. Once done, read on!

In cPanel, goto subdomains, and add your new domain (the one I suggested above would suit you fine, but obviously it's your choice!). Now, make sure you point it to where you uploaded the files from your other account.

Let's say you uploaded to public_html/forums. Your subdomain would point to /lunexplorer.elementfx.com/public_html/forums.

Basically:
1. Put the files where you want them.
2. Create a snazzy sounding subdomain.
3. Point that subdomain to the correct folder.
4. You're done!

You can manually backup the data from the account you want by using the backup option in the cPanel. Post back here when it is finished and confirm the account which you want terminated.

That is what I am trying to say can anyone enable my lunexplorer.elementfx.com account cPanel username: ajayc and delete the other lunforums.elementfx.com cPanel Username : lunex please!
