I need a bit of HELP!

Hello, everyone! Im new to all of this so can anyone help me out? I want to start a website for a club at the school I am going to, but is strggling to learn the basic's on how to operate and create a workable site. ​

I have a little experience in web site's (I had made a personal website and an art creations one.) but the systems I used before are a lot different and a lot more basic. ​

Anyways I hope someone out there can help me! Thank you!​
