I need a port open

I need a port opened UDP in-going and TCP out-going, port number:27015. This is for my clan I made, Its a program that keeps track of bans that are made over multiple servers so admins can keep track of who banned to. So could you please open these ports?

Escalating to staff, although from what I have understood from numerous IRC conversations with varying users and admin's, x10 won't open the port. Still, escalating to staff so they can look and get you a definitive answer.
