In 'account details' I checked the box ' use your own domain' . I made a change. I was trying to change my url from www.blahblah.pcriot.com to www.blahblah.com. Now I can't log onto my web page!!! HELLP!!!

Have you redirected your domain to our nameservers? For reference, they are:
ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com
If you changed them recently, that may also be why. Also, read the server alerts, we are currently having some DNS issues.
