Hello guys, to know as it is the code that I must place in my Web, in this case is a forum SMF and not where to place it, also to know to me the same for IPB 2.1.5.

Not quite certain...
but I believe that you are wondering where you can put the installation files for those boards. If that is the case, they should be unzipped and inside "public_html".
As far as I know IPB 2.1.5. is commercial software. I hope you have a license for that. :)
