I need help uploading

Im new, so I dont know if this is the right forum. But anyway. I am using the trial version of BulletProof ftp client, but I can upload any files. I type in the x10hosting url and my username and password, but it never connects.
Can someone help?

what settings are you using to connect to the FTP server?
Ie Address / Port

FTP details are as follows:

Addess: ftp.example.com <-- change to your site's URL
Username: cPanel Username
Password: cPanel Password
Port: 21
