I need help with CPANEL

My site is http://potterprofile.x10hosting.com/ and my account username is potterp my hosting package is the Corporate and I am having trouble with CPANEL. I can see http://potterprofile.x10hosting.com/ but I can't get to cpanel

I've PMed you a new password for cPanel.
Now try to login at: http://potterprofile.x10hosting.com/cpanel with that password.
You can then change the password at cPanel.

The problem I am having is that I cannot even get to the cpanel page

Check to make sure wherever you are is not blocking port 2082.
