I need help with CPANEL

Advertisements:Required - 468 x 60 Banner

The problem I am having is I can't access my cpanel. The cpanel page won't come up at all

Maybe , try rebooting your computer or use Internet explorer if your using Firefox.
Its just that sometimes pages won't load up.
Keep trying.
