I need help with public viewing of my page

I am making a site with basic hacking tutorials but i cant even get the site working right **shame** the main page works fines (squeakyneb.x10hosting.com) but if you follow the link to the download youtube page it only appears as html code not as the site. in the file manager the index file has a icon with a page and a earth but the youtube page only has the page icon. does anyone know why or how to change it. i was very careful about setting the filetype to html not text. any help would be appreciated. thnx

I have a little concern over the topic of your website. Before we go any further. What exactly is on your site or will be?

Because our TOS clearly forbids anything relating to hacking :
