i need help

i tried to login 21 times in the "c panel" with the username&password from my mail.and 21 times it failed.
pls help!!!!!!!!

Looks like there is some problem with account creation. Have a look at this thread:

You cannot have a username as 12leon12. Usernames must not start with numbers. Please give a new username that you would like.
