i need my post max upload size to be 16 mb

i need my post max upload size to be 16 mb receiving package error needs to get changed in phi.ini and also the memory needs to be increased because when i upload a pic it shows a negative amount i need more space to add pictures

on my x10hosting's free-hosting server [ xo3 ] --> [ "PHP maximum post file size" is ==>16M<== ]
and [ "PHP memory limit" is ==>128M<== ]

x10hosting will not add more on their free-hosting servers

i took care of the 2nd part already but i do need the mb on sharing pictures to be higher 16mb is fine

Use Flickr. x10 free hosting is not for sharing/storing 16+ MB images.

i dont have alot of pictures right now its just at 2mb so i can oly import 1 - 2 pictures at a time also with packages i cant bring them in becaue the post max min error comes up
