I Need MYSQL database direct ip?

I cant find direct ip to my sql database I need the ip because i have a xenforo forums which have an addon and need my sql database direct ip

Database access on Free Hosting accounts is only provided via "localhost"; remote connections are blocked, and local connections must be made using the loopback hostname ("localhost"), not by IP address. Oh, and I really hope you have a license for your xenforo installation.
