My x10hosting account is "mkshare".

Two replies to your own post in 30 minutes? It's not going to speed up replies!

Go to http://www.x10hosting.com/account , log in using the same details you log in here with, and use the options on the bottom of the page to upgrade your account to "Intermediate PHP Configuration".

Also, this has been addressed in other people's requests for assistance. Searching for this would have helped you sort the issue quicker.

Sendmail is enabled, you just need to upgrade your PHP version to "Intermediate".
Follow Sharky instructions to request the upgrade.
