i need some cpanel help.

i talked to bigguy and he said that my cpanel is there but i cant get to it. i get a "this website cannot be found error". everyone i asked said that their site was up so the server isnt down i guess. maybe its just my account. plz help me.

I cant even give you a new password ...cause you cant even get to your cpanel....I`m sure an admin will look into this
