I am requesting to cancel my hosting account due a long downtime that you have caused. I read recent updates that my account will be upgraded and restored in 12 hours or so but I am still waiting for my account to be restored and frustrated on this issue. I can not endure another month of waiting even though I send a request to be restored so I will end my stay at X10hosting.
