I paid $3.00 in invoice 1449on July 9 2008 to have the inactivity timer disabled for a year (see below), but for some unknown reason the inactivity timer has been reinstated on my account. Please disable it per my payment in July 2009.

I don't appreciate having to open a support ticket to re-enable something I have already paid for. I am operating under the assumption that my account won't be timed out after paying to disable the timer but I just happened to log in one day to see that I was almost timed out.

I think there is a problem right now with the inactivity timer system, as you are not the only one experiencing this issue. The support ticket system seems to be backlogged as of the release of the new x10 control panel. I'm sure it will all be straitened out soon. I've never seen a time where the X10 staff have been completely ignorant of a problem.
