I purchased a premium hosting, and i never got a username!

Hello, i got a free hosting account but tried to upgrade to premium... Then when i clicked premium hosting, ordered static for a year, paid it, and got the conformation number, but when i go to login it wont regonize my e-mail adress, or password... It never promitted me for one, and i never recieved one...

Help?

- I logged into Client Area, and edit account details, and scrolled down cPanel Name and Forum Name were blank.... I entered in my desired information, saved, then tried to login and still the same thing, would not log in... It would not even regonize the name and to contact an admin

Since this is free-hosting support, which is out of our jurisdiction, I will escalate this issue to the administration. Normally, there is a premium support specifically for members, but that would require an account to already be registered. Escalated.
