I put ads on my site and it keeps screwing up

I had my site (http://abandonware.x10hosting.com) working well and then I upgraded to corporate and I put the ad on my website and now everytime I go there, it tries to load then it says page not found. It displays the whole page but then the ad displays and it screws up. Can somebody please help?

EDIT: i removed the ads until it is fixed because I don't want a problem with traffic not being able to come in. So If you wanna try to see the Corporate ad, click http://abandonware.x10hosting.com/ad.php there.

Does anybody see what's wrong, everytime it tries to display an ad (for me at least) it says page not found and then it puts in the address bar http:///

Can somebody please help. I don't want to get suspended for no reason!

Dont use the full code, the one on the ads.php page you showed. Use the following:

You are also getting warned for double posting.

That Didn't work. I tried to put it in the head and it didn't even try to display the ad and same with in the end of the body. I'm using Microsoft Word as a base for my site but I opened it with notepad. here's my code:

if you look at the third last sentence it's the code. http://abandonware.x10hosting.com is the site it should display on.

If you are using a word processor like that to edit your site, dont. They ad their own formatting, which doesnt show up on the site, stick to notepad.
