I realized the source of all my problems..

Its the fact that after 4 days my level 2 php STILL is in the upgrade pending stage.
Was I just forgotten or something?

No those are still on hold. He(Corey) is slowly working things back into working order a step at a time. Just to make sure that the servers stay stable.
